Chinese Academy of Sciences will launch their small XPNAV-1 research satellite with mission devoted to collecting data on X ray generated by Pulsars. During mission of XPNAV-1 Chinese scientists are going to use X ray signals received from Pulsars for deep space navigation systems for robotic space probes. Weighing 240 kg satellite will launched on atop of Long March 11 rocket and placed on SSO orbit along with 6U Cubesat Xiaoxiang-1 satellite. Weighingf 8 kg XiaoXiang-1 will test new stabilization system for imaging devices installed in satellites. Satellite is designed and manufactured by Changsha Gaoxinqu Tianyi Research Institute and will be placed on 500 km LEO orbit.
